We are very excited to announce our newest addition to the AWC Athens Family:

Dr. Katie Samples

Dr. Samples was born and raised in Woodstock, Georgia, however, she has called Athens home since 2001. She received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Georgia in 2005, and went on to graduate from the UGA College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She enjoys internal medicine with a special interest in ultrasound diagnostics and geriatric care. Dr. Samples strives to be the voice for animals that do not have one, and to nurture the bond between owners and their pets for as long as possible. When not working, she loves reading, camping and spending time on the lake with her husband and two daughters.

We know that Dr. Samples will love working with you and your furry friends!
